I produced this event for 5 years heading up not only the production but all operations and sponsorship sales to support the event.

Production of Yountville Live

Role: Senior Director, Production, Operation, & Sales
Objective: conceptualization and production of a Luxury Food Music and Wine Event, sold large incentive programs and sponsorships to Fortune 500 corporations to generate revenue.

• Designed VIP tracks for all incentive partners

• Created all marketing materials needed to support the event

• Website Design

• Developed custom assets and appropriate activation opportunities to enhance experience 

• Successfully managed a budget of 1.4 million

• Directed multiple teams to engage wine, beer, liquor and food partners

• Created programming to support a luxury food, wine and music experience
